Front-desk staff coordinated across three disconnected systems and a paper diary. Double-bookings were routine, and assembling the monthly compliance report took a full day of manual work.
The solution
One scheduling model with conflict detection that resolves at write time rather than on review, a records view surfacing the six fields clinicians actually use, and compliance exports generated from an append-only log.
