About
A small team that finishes things.
Valentir is a software engineering studio in Noida, working across the NCR and Agra corridor and with D2C brands in the Gulf. We are small on purpose: it is the only way the people who take your first call are also the people who write the code.

Weeks, typical build
The firm
Valentir builds web platforms, mobile apps and the internal software that holds a business together — for companies that need it working in production, not demoed in a deck.
We sell fixed scope, fixed price and fixed dates, and we hand over every repository, credential and server at go-live. There is no proprietary platform to license, no hosting you cannot leave, and no retainer you have to argue your way out of.
The studio started as freelance delivery — around twenty production codebases across travel, commerce, education and logistics. That work is the reason the current timelines are possible: it was mined into a component registry rather than left to rot in old repositories.
Since then we have taken the same approach to our own operations. The pipeline, the invoicing, the delivery gates and the content on this site all run on a console we wrote. Most studios our size run on a stack of subscriptions and memory.
How we got here
2024
Freelance delivery
Around twenty client projects shipped across travel, e-commerce, education and logistics. The asset base everything since has been built on.

Aprixity Tech established
The studio gets a name, a site, a multi-tenant proposals app, a twelve-design proposal engine and a written operating manual.

Renamed Valentir
New brand, new public site, and the operations console started — the panel the whole agency now runs on.
Now
Building in the open
Admin panel in production, Valen Meet in build, and a component registry that keeps the timelines honest.
What we will not bend on
Four commitments, in writing.
Most of these exist because a client told us how the last agency engagement went wrong.
Fixed scope, fixed date
We quote a number and a date and hold to both. Changes are priced in writing before anyone starts on them — no surprise line items at the end.
Senior hands on the work
The people you meet in the first call are the people who build it. We do not sell with seniors and deliver with juniors.
You own everything
Code, repositories, credentials and infrastructure are handed over at go-live and stay yours. No hostage-taking, no mandatory retainer.
We say no
If the work is outside what we are good at, or the timeline is not honest, we say so and often point you elsewhere. It costs us projects and saves everybody months.
How it usually goes
How we work
The price
How it usually goes
An estimate, then a revised estimate, then a final invoice nobody predicted.
How we work
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. Changes priced in writing before anyone starts them.
Who builds it
How it usually goes
Seniors pitch. Juniors deliver once the contract is signed.
How we work
The people in the first call are the people who build it. There is no bench to hand you off to.
At handover
How it usually goes
A login, their hosting, and a retainer that is awkward to leave.
How we work
Every repository, credential and server transfers to you. Accounts were in your name from day one.
After launch
How it usually goes
Support is a new quote.
How we work
Six months of warranty on what we built, included in the price.
How we operate
Three rules the system enforces for you.
Not a values statement. These are conditions checked in code — an enquiry or a project that breaks one shows up red on the morning digest until somebody fixes it.
No build without a paid advance
A project cannot enter build until its 50% advance is paid. Enforced as a gate in the API, not as a guideline.
Reply within 24 hours
An enquiry waiting longer than a day is an SLA breach. It shows red on the morning digest until it is answered.
Proposal within 24 hours of the call
Same-day is the standard. Twenty-four hours is the hard limit, not the target.

Valentir Admin
operations console
- · owns the content
- · owns the credentials
- · owns the pipeline
A form on this page posts to the panel, which holds the mail keys and drops the enquiry straight into the pipeline. The site itself stores nothing — so there is nothing on it worth stealing.
Operating cadence
