What we collect

What you send us. The project brief, the call-back pop-up and the estimator each send us what you type into them: name, email, company and phone where they ask for them, the project details and your message. Each also records which page it was sent from.

Questions you type into the chat assistant go to our server. If our written notes do not cover a question, it is sent to Google's Gemini service, together with up to the last four messages of that chat, to draft a reply. Gemini's answers can be offered to our admin team for review, but only if that setting is on.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps ordinary server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested. Analytics tools, where they run, are described under Analytics and cookies below, and the places where your browser or WhatsApp talks to another service directly are described under Other services.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries land in our own admin panel, hosted by us, rather than in a third-party CRM. Email is sent through our transactional provider and every attempt is logged so we can tell you what happened to a message.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply to you and to run the project, and we delete it when you ask us to. Project records are kept for as long as Indian tax law and our contracts require. To have something deleted, email us at the address below.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 counts visits. It sets first-party cookies in your browser (_ga, and a second one that begins _ga_) to tell visits and returning visitors apart; Google's Analytics documentation lists their lifetimes. It receives the pages you view, the page you came from, your browser and device details and your IP address, from which Google works out an approximate location. We also send it a few named events, such as a click on a WhatsApp or phone link or an enquiry being sent. It is set not to use Google signals or ad personalisation. Google processes this for us under its own terms, and how long it keeps the data is set in our Analytics account.

No advertising pixels, retargeting or fingerprinting scripts run on this site. Your browser's own storage keeps a few choices on your device, such as your light or dark theme and whether the enquiry pop-up has been shown or closed. We do not read those on our servers.

Other services

Some buttons open WhatsApp with a message already written from what you entered, which can include your name, phone number and project details: the call-back pop-up, the estimator, the home-page estimate card and, if a form cannot be sent, its fallback. You send that message from WhatsApp, so it goes to WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and not through our server.

The About page has a video hosted by Pexels. It loads only if you press play; your browser then requests it from Pexels directly, and Pexels sees your IP address.

Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram and the AI assistants in the footer, take you there only when you click them.

Client credentials

During an engagement we need access to systems you own. We never accept a real secret through a web form: accounts are created under your ownership and we are added as a user, then removed at handover. That access is time-boxed to the project and governed by your contract.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us at the address below and we will deal with it. You do not need to give a reason.
