Privacy
Short, because we do not collect much.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit the project brief we store your name, email, company, phone if given, and the message itself. We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting or session recording on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries land in our own admin panel, hosted by us, rather than in a third-party CRM. Email is sent through our transactional provider and every attempt is logged so we can tell you what happened to a message.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, because Indian tax law requires it.
Analytics
First-party pageview counting only — page, referrer and UTM parameters. No cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no individual profiles. We count visits without counting people.
Client credentials
During an engagement we need access to systems you own. We never accept a real secret through a web form: accounts are created under your ownership and we are added as a user, then removed at handover. That access is time-boxed to the project and governed by your contract.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
